You are trying to call up one of the planning tables in change mode.
However, your authorization profile does not allow you to carry out
this action.

The planning is started in display mode.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You require the authorization C_KAPA_ALL for change mode. If you do not
have authorization to maintain users in Customizing, you should contact
your system administrator.
