¿Qué causa este problema?

You tried to run an End-of-purpose check (EoP check) for data which is
possibly integrated with the Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
system. The call of the necessary function module in the RAR system
failed.

Customer data might be integrated with RAR, but it is not possible to
verify it. For this reason, ongoing business will be returned for all
customers. This prevents possible inconsistencies which could otherwise
occur during blocking.

To solve the problem, adhere to the following steps:
Verify that function module <AB>FARR_DPP_GET_EOP_STATUS_CUST </>is
available in your RAR system. If it isn't, implement SAP Note 2798400.
If the function module exists in your RAR system, verify that the
connection with the RAR system works properly.
