¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to change the function interface. You want to change a
characteristic from an output parameter to an input parameter, or the
other way round.

Respuesta del sistema

The system checks whether the table is used in released constraints or
actions. If it is, you cannot make any changes.
Changes to input parameters and output parameters are not relevant to
preconditions or selection conditions.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you set the status of the dependencies (constraints or actions) to
<ZH>Locked</>, you can change the value assignment alternative.
When you maintain the dependencies again, you must take the changes
into consideration in the value assignment alternative.
