¿Qué causa este problema?

The date used to display dependency data is taken as the current date
if you do not enter a change number. If you enter a change number, the
date for display is taken from the change master record.
The valid-from date used for maintaining dependency data is set to the
value 0 if you do not enter a change number. If you enter a change
number, the date is taken from the change master record.
