The validation of a system requires system resources - a so-called work
process. Currently no work process is available and due to that the
validation could not be performed.

You can either try again to validate system &v1& at a later point in
time - maybe the required system resources (work processes) will be
available by then - or you contact your system administration and ask
them, whether they can extend the existing system resources - for
example<(>,<)> by increasing the number of work processes.
