¿Qué causa este problema?

You cannot set the TMS parameters for system &v1& in the Central CTS
Configuration UI as the system does not belong to the same transport
domain as the system to which you are currently logged on.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You must set the TMS parameters manually.
For an instruction on how to do this, display the detail view by
choosing "See Details" in the "Status" column. The detail view contains
specific information on which TMS parameters are missing for system &v1&
and how to set them.
