The system has not been assigned to a system cluster. To be able to use
the system for central CTS, you must assign it to a cluster.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Assign the system to a system cluster. You can do this either by
assigning the system to an existing cluster or by creating a new cluster
and assigning the system to the new cluster.
