has to meet certain requirements.
At least one of the following required attributes is missing:
<LS>Payment Recipient number</>
<LS>Payment Recipient GUID</>
<LS>Payment Family</>
<LS>Payment Frequency Type</>
<LS>Due Date Rule Type</>
Start date of settlement period
End date of settlement period
