An internal program error has occurred.
Method <NP>SET_STATUS_BILLING</> of the net calculation documents (NCD)
buffer class <NP>CL_CRMS4_PS_BUFFER_NCD </>has been called with
insufficient parameters. The status of the NCD is missing in one of the
entries in table <NP>IT_NCD_BILLING_STATUS</>.
