Coding is generated at runtime during a form display to enable dynamic
management of the different parameters. This code generation is only
possible within limits. You have already called the form display
(detail display) for 10 request categories; to display an eleventh
request category, you must restart the transaction - all other monitor
functions can be used without restriction and without restarting the
transaction, including the detail display of the request categories
already selected for display.
