Based on the customizing setting in table CRMC_UBB_POOL_PP, this pool
has been scheduled for asynchronous pool redistribution.
This pool contains &V1& redistribution items. A limit value of &V2&
redistribution items is entered in the customizing table.

In order to bill the pool contract, redistribution must be started for
this pool with transaction CRM_UBB_POOL_DIST. As long as redistribution
has not been performed, the relevant single contracts cannot be changed.
For this, the header status "Wait for pool redistribution" has been set
for the single contracts.
