¿Qué causa este problema?

The business transaction '&V2&' (technical name '&V1&') should be
carried out.
There are, however, restrictions for carrying out business
transactions, as the status administration is to be viewed as a part of
Coding, and is generally only called by the program internally. Only a
few business transactions are exceptions of these restrictions. You can
view restrictions <DS:REPO.CRM_STATUS_PROC_CHECK>here</>. The business
transaction '&V1&' is not included in this list.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

There is probably a program error (function module CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN
called incorrectly for maintenance of CRM documents).
