¿Qué causa este problema?

The status <ZK>Released </>for a service part or external workforce
subitem that belongs to a fixed price service bundle cannot be set. You
can only set this status after you have set the status of the service
bundle main item to <ZK>Released</>.
The purchase requisition that is required to procure the service part
uses the account assignment object of the main item. However, this
account assignment object is created when you set the main item to
<ZK>Released</>.
