¿Qué causa este problema?

The SUBMIT function, which the transferred SUBMIT program scheduled as
a job step, has returned an error code. The job could not be properly
scheduled. However, a header entry does exist for this job in the
background processing tables.

An error number appears in the message text. This number can be
interpreted as follows:
4,,Scheduling was terminated by the user
8,,Error during job scheduling (JOB_SUBMIT)
12,,Error during internal number assignment

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Either consult the system log (transaction SM21) or show this message
to your system administrator.
Check the status of the scheduled job in job management. Delete this
job if it was not scheduled correctly.
