¿Qué causa este problema?

You tried to approve the transaction version of a social service plan
for which another approved version already exists. Both versions have
the same predecessor (social application or social service plan).

The system permits one approved social service plan version only.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check which of the two transaction versions is to be approved. If
necessary, set the version of the social service plan that has already
been approved to 'Complete", and repeat the approval process.
