If this error message occurs when downloading from the OLTP R/3 system,
it means that the Customizing settings in the OLTP R/3 system do not
match the settings in the CRM system. Check the following entries in the
IMG:

Material -> Sales-Relevant Data -> Define Material Groups</>
CRM, product group
<ZK>Customer Relationship Management -> Master Data -> Product ->
