If organizational units are entered manually: You have not entered a
sales office.
If organizational data determination is automatic: The system could not
determine organizational units, including the sales office.

During reporting, no data can be collected for the sales office, for
example, sales volume per sales office.

Enter a sales office in the appropriate field.

For automatic determination of organizational data:
Check the organizational model: Have the sales offices been selected?
Have the attributes relevant for determination been assigned?
Check the settings for organizational data determination in Customizing
for <LS>Service</>. Choose <LS>Master Data -> Organizational Management
-> Organizational Data Determination -> Change Rules and Profiles</>.
Check the determination rules and the organizational data profile.
