¿Qué causa este problema?

If a business transaction was created using BAPI, this means that
either an invalid or an illogical system was entered.
If a business transaction was created using dialog transaction, then it
was discovered that the logical system is not maintained for this
system.

Enter a valid system when you create using BAPI. Ask your system
administrator which valid logical systems there are.
If the logical system is not maintained for this system, ask the system
administrator to do this.
