Check the upgrade log which entries were processed. Add them manually to
the view CRMS4V_PLNT_SRV and delete them manually afterwards from the
view CRMS4V_PLANT_SRV. For this, go to 'Configure your solution'
application area 'Service', sub application area 'Service Order
Management' to Item Name 'Employee Service Location'. Choose the
Configuration Step 'Assign Plant to Country'.
