¿Qué causa este problema?

You attempted to combine target groups and attributes together under
the same profile template node, meaning that they would be linked as
<LS>and</> conditions.
However, you can only enter target groups as exclusion criteria.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

To enter a target group, place your cursor on the <LS>Exclude target
groups</> node. All business partners belonging to this target group
are then excluded from the target group you are creating.
