Check the existence of the operation specific BAdI implementation in the
corresponding Enhancement Spot and check whether the Enhancement
Implementation is active.
The operations calls are handled via Enhancement Spot
CRM_MKTTG_TG_OPERATION_HANDLER.
The operations MERGE, REMOVE, INTERSECTand JOIN are handled directly via
implementations of this Enhancement Sport.
The customizable operations are handled via the Enhancement Spots
CRM_MKTTG_TG_OP_IMPL_* (where * stands for CUST, DEDUP, OTHER, REDUCE
and SPLIT).
