You want to add this marketing project to the operative scenario.
However, this marketing project is in a hierarchy that has an inactive
higher-level marketing project that is not in your planning scope.
Normally, if you add a marketing project to the operative scenario, the
system sets the project to active. In this case, however, the
higher-level marketing project &V1& is inactive and not in the planning
scope, so Scenario Planner cannot set it to active.
