Entering 24:00:00 creates problems in mobile sales. You should therefore
not enter this time. It is better to enter 23:59:59 or 00:00:00. The
message is only issued as a warning to indicate problems. No error
message is created because it has already been possible in earlier
releases to assign an attribute to the time. An error message would make
it impossible to change an already existing attribute, the value for
which may already have been assigned to business partners.
