By calling up functions CRM_MKTLIST_DELETE and CRM_MKTLIST_SAVE you can
see that the external list is already logically deleted. The system is
waiting for the language command COMMIT WORK to delete the data from the
database.

Set the language command COMMIT WORK to delete the external list.
Set the language command ROLLBACK WORK to reset the delete.
