Execute the process again at a later point of time. Contact your system
administrator if the problem persist.

Check locks with transaction SM12 for table name CRMD_MKTHV_MPACK. Try
to find out the process, which does not release the lock. If the problem
could not be solved on project base, contact SAP Support.
