¿Qué causa este problema?

Saved &V1& cannot be deleted when the promotion has already started .
The trade promotion is considered as started when the planned start date
is in the past.

You cannot delete already saved &V1& when the promotion has already
started .

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Instead of deleting the &V1& you should make them not relevant for the
trade promotion by processing as follow :
In case you are deleting products, product categories, product groups or
product segments, you should change their effective end dates to past
dates. This means you stop promoting instead of deleting them.
In case you are deleting trade spends you should change their end dates
to past dates instead of deleting them.
