¿Qué causa este problema?

If there is an existing assignment for a service process that does not
have the status <ZK>Free</>, appointment scheduling cannot take place.
It is possible that the assignment was already communicated to the
service employee, or is already completed. Therefore the assignment can
no longer be changed.
