The item to be cancelled is part of the document flow (quotation ->
contract -> quotation -> contract -> ...). Documents that were created
after the open document are still active and must be cancelled first.
Before you can cancel item &V1& from document &V2&, you first have to
cancel all the follow-on items for this item.
