¿Qué causa este problema?

The system found a user name which, in the context of the LEAD monitor,
corresponds to a reserved name. In the team tree, all activities are
grouped together under the team member. If the team member is not
known, because the lead has not been assigned to an employee, a
placeholder is selected. The name of this placeholder must not be used
as a user name.

The lead team is not correctly displayed in the tree.
