software (CMS) system or the system has automatically logged you off.
For example, the system might have logged you off for the following
reasons:
You started a new Interaction Center WebClient session with the same
user ID (multiple logons to the CMS system are not allowed)
The <DS:GLOS.4E341C611DB15354E10000000A421392>watchdog</> program has
detected a malfunction in communication between systems (CMS, SAP CRM,
and the Web browser)
The CMS system has triggered the system to log you off
