Check the Customizing for the component types and object families of the
objects in the IBase.
You can find these settings in Customizing for <LS>Customer Relationship
Management</> under <LS>Master Data -> Installed Base</>, in the
following activities:
<LS>Installed Base Category -> Define Installed Base Category and
Installation Rules</>
<LS>Objects / Object Family -> Assign Object Families to Installed Base
Categories</>
Change the Customizing settings if required.
