¿Qué causa este problema?

A possible effective date for a change to the lessee must be at a period
limit for all financing items in the document.
You have attempted to change the lessee for a document for which no
possible effective date could be determined.
Example:
A document comprises two financing items.
1st contract start date January 1, 2003, quarterly payments
2nd contract start date February 1, 2003, quarterly payments
The period limits for the first financing item are January 1, April 1,
July 1, and September 1, while those of the second financing item are
February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. This means that a common
period limit cannot be found.
