¿Qué causa este problema?

The send request for ID &V1& cannot be read. This is due to one of the
following reasons:
The send request does not exist.
The send request has not yet been saved to the database.
The request is saved to the database asynchronously. The save process
can be delayed by system conditions, such as the current load, and had
not started or was not finished at the time the read access was
attempted.
