¿Qué causa este problema?

The determination of the end of business for business transaction &V1&
was not possible. There can be various reasons for this depending on the
type of business transaction or rather the assigned handler class, which
is &V2& for this business transaction.
Without having a valid end of business date there will be the value -1
used to indicate that the actual determination was not possible. You
will this value in table CRMD_EOB_FOR_BP as start of retention date.

Respuesta del sistema

The correct calculation of end of business data is not possible.
However, an entry indicating an erroneous determination will be saved to
database.
