¿Qué causa este problema?

According to the customizing (
<DS:TRAN.S_AG3_75000474>Define End of Purpose Write Settings</>, system
setting 'WRITE_EOB_FOR_BP') the end of business should not be calculated
and saved for business transactions. Note: Settings this system setting
to off no business transaction will be processed regarding end of
business and thus also end of purpose determination.

Respuesta del sistema

The calculation and saving of end of business data is turned off by
customizing.

In case you want to enable the calculation and saving of end of business
data change the system setting 'WRITE_EOB_FOR_BP'' in customizing
<DS:TRAN.S_AG3_75000474>Define End of Purpose Write Settings</>. Note:
Activating this system setting will have impacts on the processing of
business transactions.
