The settings for the transaction type require the assignment of a
framework agreement.

Depending on the system settings, the follwoing activities are possible:
The system assigns the framework agreement automatically if there is
exactly one framework agreement
The system displays a dialog box with framework agreements that are
available for selection.
The system enters an error message in the processing log, if there is no
suitable framework agreement available.
