Customizing has been set up incorrectly with:
Source item category:,,&v1&
Target item category:,,&v2&
When you create a service confirmation with reference to a service
process item, you have the following two options:
The service item for the service process is copied to the confirmation
service item.
The service material item for the service process is copied to the
confirmation material item.

Respuesta del sistema

The transaction has been terminated due to incorrect settings in
Customizing.

Change the copying control for item categories in Customizing or change
the item categories in the service process.
Create a new confirmation for the service process.
