BI while accessing a report of type '&V1&'. The error message starts
with:

The URL to call BI starts with:
&V3&

In most cases the system configuration is not matching or browser
settings are not matching. Here the most important requirements:
The calling system and the BI system must use the same protocol. Either
both use http or both use https.
The calling system and the BI system must have the same security zone in
the browser (e.g. Intranet Zone)
The calling system and the BI system must have the same domain, e.g.
crm.domain.net and bi.domain.net
