Check that the assignment of credential type &v2& to simple requirement
&v1& is correct.
Credential type &v2& must be a type that is implemented using standard
methods. The following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
The definition type of credential type &v2& is STD_CRED (standard
credentials) for normal credential types or STD_AFF for referencing
credential types (standard referencing credentials).
A definition structure of credential type &v2& is defined for the
credential descriptions that were created in the design of the
credentialing application as an instance of table CRD000_CRD01 or
CRD000_AF01.
