¿Qué causa este problema?

You are trying to delete a capacity that is still being used.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If the capacity is <ZH>not a work center capacity</>, use the
<ZK>Where-used list</> function to check if the capacity is used as a
pooled capacity, reference capacity or basis for scheduling.
If the capacity is a <ZH>work center capacity</>, either it is used
at a work center as a reference capacity or capacity requirements
exist for the capacity. In this case, check the usage of the capacity
using <ZK>capacity leveling</>.
