¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to go to the <zh>Component Assignments</> overview.
To do this you entered the material number, plant and application of
the bill of material whose component assignments you want to edit. You
have also entered a key date or change number and maybe a parameter
value assignment for which the bill of material should be valid.
The system has determined a valid bill of material among the bills of
material for the application. However, you are not authorized to edit
this bill of material.
