¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The following circumstances may make it impossible for PI sheets or
electronic work instructions to be processed:
The data record is being processed by another user in Change mode and is
thus locked
The user lacks authorization to carry out the processing
Technical prerequisite for carrying out the processing of the object not
satisfied
An internal error has occurred during the processing of the objects
Etc.
