For automatically assigned long text characteristics, check the text
definition stored as the basis of the assignment.

In the long text characteristic PPPI_PHASE_LONG_TEXT, the long text is
automatically taken from the phase long text during automatic
assignment. Check whether the phase long text has already been entered.
If this is not the case, the system issues an error message during
control recipe generation.
