¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to either cumulate the standard values of sub-operations to
their superior operation, or cumulate the standard values of operations
to their superior work center operation set.
To do this you have either entered a change number that is linked to
effectivity parameters, or the routing of the operation or work center
operation set was edited using such a change number on an earlier
occasion.
You have, however, not assigned values to the parameters.

Assign values to the parameters. To do this choose <zh>Extras ->
Effectivity parameters</>.
Try to cumulate the standard values again.
