¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to cumulate the standard values from operations of a reference
operation set in the work center operation set &v2&. However, the work
center at which operation &v1& is carried out, contains a standard
value parameter that is not contained in the work center of the work
center operation set.

Assign a work center to operation &v1&, which has the same standard
values parameters as the work center in the work center operation set.
