¿Qué causa este problema?

You selected a work center for the operation which belongs to a
different company code as the routing header.
You can use work centers from different plants in your routing. You can
assign plants in all company codes.
However, a company code check is set up in your system for the fiscal
year.

Choose a work center from the same company code as the routing header.
