¿Qué causa este problema?

You have a larger number of decimal places than was defined in
Customizing.
Example:
In Customizing (Transaction CUNI) no decimal places are allowed for the
unit of measure PC.
However, in the current transaction you have entered the value 1.1 for a
standard value in the operation detail screen, using the base quantity.
This is not permissible if the base unit of measure for the operation is
PC.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Reduce the number of decimal places to the maximum allowed.
