¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to delete a reference operation set online. The reference
operation set is referenced in other routings and you cannot delete it.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Execute a where-used list for the reference operation set. To do this,
from the routings menu, choose the menu options <LS>Reporting</> ->
<LS>Where-used</> -> <LS>Ref. operation sets</>.
If you still want to delete the reference operation set, unlock the
reference to all routings where it is included. To do this, in the
operation overview, choose the menu options <LS>Extras</> ->
<LS>Reference</> -> <LS>Unlock</>.
