¿Qué causa este problema?

You are attempting to create, change or display a rate routing or a
reference rate routing with a change number.
The default value for the key date is today's date. This default will
be overwritten by the date in the change number when you enter a change
number.

Respuesta del sistema

When you create rate routings or reference rate routings, the system
writes new data records with this date.
When you change rate routings or reference rate routings with history,
the changes are valid as of this date.
Only rate routings and reference rate routings that are valid as of
this key date are selected.
