The system tried to read the current value of the
<DS:GLOS.D39F4241B0CAD411B11B0008C784EFB1>OPC item</> &V1& that is
defined in plant &V3& on the
<DS:GLOS.81831343B0CAD411B11B0008C784EFB1>OPC server</>. However, an
internal error occured that cannot be specified any further.

You can try to correct the error by carrying out the following steps:
Test the connection to the RFC destination &V2& in Customizing.
To do so, go to Customizing for <LS>Production Planning - Process
Industries</> and choose <LS>Process Management</> -> <LS>SAP ODA (OPC
Data Access)</> -> <DS:SIMG.COOPC120>Define Settings for SAP ODA</>.
Try to access the OPC server via any
<DS:GLOS.34FECE44B0CAD411B11B0008C784EFB1>OPC client</> from another
vendor.
If this is possible, there is probably a program error in the SAP
system. Contact SAP.
If this is not possible, there is probably an error on the OPC server.
Contact the OPC server vendor.
